Refund Policy

Each item is carefully inspected by our quality control team. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund within 30 days from the date your item is delivered. Please return the item using the return shipping label that will be provided when the return process is initiated. You will be allowed 10 days from the date of initiation to return your item and will receive an email confirming the item was received and inspected, If the item contains no defects, you will be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@essieskind.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
 We will gladly ship a replacement item once the item you received is returned to us unwashed, unworn and in good condition. In this case, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
